When you choose a bouquet, click on Order now button and fill out the delivery form. Then choose a payment method. If you choose to pay with a credit card/PayPal, press Pay with a credit card/PayPal button and you will be transferred to the page of our authorized retail dealer 2Checkout.com where your credit card will be processed in a secure mode. If you choose to pay with a debtit card, issued in Bulgaria, through e-Pay system, please make the order from the Bulgarian version of our site (your debit card should be registered for online payments - see details on epay.bg). If you choose to pay otherwise, please click on Other payment methods button and you will be given a unique order number, which you should use as a reference in your money transfer. You can choose between paying through a bank transfer, western union, etc. for which you can see details below.

     Please order at least 1 working day in advance for deliveries in Varna and 2 working days for deliveries outside Varna. Delivery hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in Varna and between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. outside Varna (on suturdays until 12 p.m.). Deliveries outside Varna on sundays and during national holidays are not made. Some variations in the elements of the bouquets are possible, coming from seasonal and other factors, but the overal design of the bouquets is preserved. To guarantee on time delivery, please send us the following info: name, address, and telephone number of the recipient as well as desired delivery date and time. If you would like to send a greeting card with the bouquet, please send us your text. Vanilla does not guarantee deliveries with wrong info about the recipient and in such cases it is good to have the telephone number of the recepient. Deliveries for Varna are free of charge. For deliveries outside Varna, please add 12 USD shipping charge to your order.
